Semi-Detached: $697,500
Row: $446,200
Apartment: $329,600
Compared to last year, prices for detached and semi-detached homes are holding strong. However, row homes and apartments have dipped slightly year-over-year.
Days on Market (ADOM):
Detached: 34 days
Semi-Detached: 34 days
Row: 37 days
Apartment: 45 days
Apartments continue to take the longest to sell, while detached and semi-detached homes are moving more efficiently.
