Crisp air, routines, and a check-in ☕🍂

I hope you had a great summer.

September has always felt like the unofficial start of a new year to me. Summer winds down, routines come back, and life seems to get moving again.

Real estate is doing much the same.

There are still good opportunities on both sides. I’m seeing buyers able to take their time and be selective again, while good homes that are priced properly continue to sell.

I don’t spend much time trying to predict what real estate will do over the next few months. I’ve been doing this long enough to know that short-term predictions aren’t worth much.

What I do pay attention to is what I’m seeing every day. And despite some of the headlines, things are doing relatively well. People are still buying homes, good properties are still selling, and I’m optimistic about real estate over the long term.

There will always be noise. Interest rates will change, markets will slow down and speed up, and the headlines will give us something new to worry about.

I’ve always believed good real estate, bought at a sensible price and held for the long-term, tends to work out pretty well.

For now, I hope you enjoy September and the last bit of warm weather we have left.

As always, if you ever need anything, real estate related or otherwise, my phone is always on.

Warmly,

Nathan Koenigsberg
